What is Krav Maga?
Krav Maga is a self-defence and fighting system that was originally developed for the Israeli Defence Force (IDF). Nowadays, Krav Maga is utilised by military, law enforcement and security forces all around the world, and is also taught to civilians as an effective, reality-based self defence system.

Since we first opened in 2016, we have provided realistic self defence solutions to anyone willing to learn. Krav Maga is suitable for absolutely everyone, regardless of age, gender, previous experience or level of fitness. It is a great way to gain confidence, improve your health and learn new skills to help protect yourself and your loved ones.
